Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project team and act as the site representative of the developer to perform site supervisory duties. Overall site supervision including but not limited to detailed inspections, checking of setting out, structural works, builder works, fitting out works, reporting, interpreting and recording concisely.
  • Prepare site daily reports and bi-weekly progress reports as well as reporting the progress at site meetings.
  • Witness on-site and off-site tests as required.
  • Report immediately any unsatisfactory/non-conforming site works.
  • Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure the required standards, construction sequence, workmanship and health & safety are achieved.
  • Monitor, motivate the progress of work and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure objectives are achieved according to the agreed scheme and budget.
  • Work closely with consultants, governmental departments, relevant organizations and internal teams on project progression and implementation.


Requirements:

  • Higher certificate or Diploma in Building Studies, Building Construction or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in property development with hands-on skills in dealing with high end residential and commercial projects is recommended.
  • Previous work experience in large scale residential and commercial projects for developer will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with Building Regulations and well versed in coordination of services & construction details.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, systemic and able to work pressure.
