Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Managers in overall monitoring and project management of the construction projects from inception to completion
- Handle overall project management including but not limited to project budget, cost control, programme, design quality, design co-ordination, construction supervision and contract administration
- Liaise and collaborate with consultants and relevant government departments for the execution of project within budget, project time frame and meet with quality requirements
- Provide technical support to the project team
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural or related discipline
- Holder of certificate in construction safety supervisor is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in project management in construction industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant manager
- Experience with property developer and/or consulting firm is n advantage
- Proven experience in sizable high-end residential /commercial projects is highly preferred
- Recognized professional qualification of HKIA or equivalent
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
- Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects
- A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
