Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and execute employee relations and wellness programs and recreation activities to attract, motivate, engage and retain employees
- Plan and execute initiatives to build and strengthen corporate culture
- Design and implement employer branding programs to increase the awareness of corporate brand and attract talents
- Work closely with other stakeholders to organize group level activities
- Coordinate and consolidate regular reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Work on other ad-hoc HR initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with over 8 years of HR experience within HR Generalist or Employee Engagement focused preferably gained from sizeable companies
- Solid experience in employee relations, staff communication, employer branding and event management
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or other photo and video editing tools
- Well-organized, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external key stakeholders
- Creative, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and dynamic environment
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
